Natural Bolga Basket

This understated natural basket is bound to be an everyday companion- good for carrying anything from groceries to freshly cut flowers. Bolga baskets are a traditional handcraft in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana, where elephant grass is carefully woven into a variety of patterns. They are extremely durable and sturdy, having been functionally used for centuries to assist in the daily labors of the indigenous weavers.
