Large Woven Bowl

A woven basket is the ideal housewarming gift and can serve as a fruit bowl, catch-all basket, or be displayed on the wall. Using basket-weaving techniques passed down from generation to generation, women wrap hand-dyed sisal fibers around locally grown sweetgrass to create intricate woven designs. Each basket takes 8-10 days to complete.
